I Will Save From Afar

Jeremiah 30:10-11

[ *_10]Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid._*
[11]For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.

Distance is not a problem with God. He is at the centre of everything. He can save anywhere. He can deliver anytime.

Jeremiah had to remind the people of Judah this message. They were already in captivity in Babylon far away from Jerusalem. And some of them had thought that their captivity was permanent because of the long distance from the land of their nativity.

They could recollect what happened to Ephraim their brother who had earlier been enslaved by Assyria, forgetting that the reason why Ephraim was not delivered was not because of long distance of Assyria from Samaria.

And just as the Lord spoke to them, His message for you today is that He will save you even from afar.

Not you alone. He will also save your children from the land of captivity. The distance of the land of captivity is not a barrier to olowogbogboro.

Raise up your voice. Though distance may cover the sound it can not conquer the said.

You will surely return and be in rest. And none shall make you afraid.

Pray, Lord arise and save all my people who are afar from whatever may be troubling them in Jesus name. I declare that I am preserved wherever I found myself in Jesus name.

God bless you all.
